How do I pay tuition and fees to WCCA?
From your banking app, your bank's website, or the Zelle app, choose Zelle and send your payment to wcca1951. Enter the exact memo line generated on this page so the payment is applied correctly.
Can I make payments directly on the WCCA website?
No. The school website does not process payments. You send payments using your own Zelle connection — your banking app, your bank's website, or the Zelle app — and this page only builds the correct memo line so the Treasurer can apply your payment.
What should I put in the Zelle memo?
Use the memo builder above. It creates lines like Tuition – John Smith or Donation – New Playground so our Treasurer knows exactly how to apply each payment.
Can I pay for more than one item in a single payment?
Yes. You can include multiple items in the memo, such as Tuition – John Smith; Lunch – John Smith, or contact the school office for guidance on splitting a single payment.
